About the work

A site-specific promenade performance set inside the former Seoul Railway Station — a month-long collaboration between Catherine Ireton and Korean playwright and actress Sohyun Bae. Small audiences were led on an intimate journey through the heart of the building: its waiting rooms, platforms, and corridors.

The performance wove together songs, soundscapes, and stories to celebrate the acts of quiet heroism that exist every evening as dusk falls in waiting rooms, on platforms, and inside the luggage of passengers waiting to board their train home.
